Started amassing these 25-30 years ago when I had antique booths.
There's about 100 in total (maybe more). I bought them with the intent
of marketing them as 'wall shelves'. I did actually use some in a house
myself in that manor as random candle holders for 'tea candles' on a
wall (If you haven't seen that done, it probably seems like a strange
concept, but it's actually VERY cool). They are also great for
displaying Hot Wheels, Matchbox and other small model cars. Or use them
as actual 'wall mounted mirrors' which are very cool, randomly mounted
to a vertical surface. Could also be very cool reflecting DJ / gobo
lights back in random directions. I used a few
mirrors that already had holes in the appropriate places to mount them.
I planned to build a fake, drywall display in a few of my booths to sell
them, but frankly, in the end I couldn't come to terms with drilling
extra holes in the one's that didn't have easily accessible holes as I
realized I would be compromising their actual 'vintage value' to someone
who actually needed them for a classic automobile, thus I shelved them
about 20 years ago and they've been in plastic bags ever since. I'm now
selling my warehouse and trying to move less. They actually don't take
up a lot of space so if they don't sell as a "lot", I'll likely start
posting them separately, but will be MANY times more money each/each
pair. Some of these I've seen sell for $200-$400 / pair.
With only a couple or three exceptions, all have their
original glass mirror intact (which is why I didn't put the additional
effort into photographing the mirror side as it was a lot of work to do
these photos). Most still have a very decent, original chrome finish.
Some will have minor pitting and a few have substantial pitting / patina
/ oxidation. Most will need gaskets / mounting hardware, but a few have
those parts still intact, and there's an assortment of mounting brackets
/ gaskets included. There's also a few not shown in the photos that are
either 'plastic' or have their glass broken / missing.
These are now wrapped back in the individual plastic
bags they've been in the past 20 years and randomly stored in crates,
thus any further additional individual photos / inspection for questions
is not practical. Sorry. Please study the photos below to answer any
questions. Please don't ask "if I know if a particular mirror will fit
a.....?", or "do I have a mirror for a .....?", or "can you tell me the
part numbers on such and such a mirror in the photo". No. I don't /
won't know.
Will I sell a single mirror or a pair? Maybe. Price
$500 each./each pair. How come so much? Two reasons. One, I have to
recreate the photo, which took a couple days of shop time. Second,
taking any single unit from the group could potentially diminish the
'lots' value substantially and be the difference in deciding not to
purchase for some potential customers.
Some I have seen posted under the following makes /
models I'm listing below, but are not guaranteed to fit nor applicable
to any of those. If I acquire any further 'fit' information, I may post
it, but even then will not be guaranteed, as many times information may
simply be someone contacting with something like, "hey, that one mirror
with the 3-spokes looks like it's from a "1913 Snogmartin Coup de Benz"
so I will add that info, however, I wouldn't take it as "Biblical truth"
(and I'm certainly not implying that's anything to hang your hat on
either).
Some of the models I've seen associated with a few of these mirrors, or
are symbols / brand logos on some of the mirrors. There's a lot of
numbers here. Mostly random and in no particular order. It's guaranteed
that some will be mis-typed and / or mis-read (many are difficult to see
/ read due to poor stamping and some are completely illegible). The
hyphens (dashes) are separating letters-digits from the same unit and
aren't necessarily part of the original number.

Circa 1953
Original, and
'As-Found' condition Gretsch Broadkaster Snare Drum.
*Roundbadge version, although badge is
missing (with the light angled just right, you can see the witness marks
from the original on the Pearloid wrap that it was "Round"). Original
'Mother of Toilet Seat' (White Pearloid) wrap in near perfect condition,
with no peeling, bubbling, cracking, spliting or anything including the
seam. "Micro-Sensitive" strainer still installed, but has a replacement
throw (functions fine, just looks odd). Reproductions are available.
Snares are modern replacements, as are the heads. The original hoops are
fairly scuffed and oxidized, but no cracks. Lugs all in good shape.
Original muffler still intact.
We didn't clean it up. There's remnants of Scotch tape on in places for
some reason (maybe held set lists?). Could probably be improved
cosmetically with some polishing to the hardware.

Incredible 1954 Mercury MK 20
Outboard motor. What a find in fabulous shape, and IT RUNS! The above photos
on the right pretty much tell the story. The original top cover had no
recoil starting mechanism in it when we acquired it, so we ordered another
from the web with the recoil mechanism. Both covers are the same so either
can be used. The recoil works great. Both plugs fire and we did run the
motor a few revs with starting fluid. Started right up. Also we checked the
transmission, Forward and Reverse using the starter rope. Everything seems
to work fine. Throttle handle functions well. Motor probably just needs a
good tune-up / maintenance to be "sea-worthy" or RACE READY! The finish is
great and the motor is overall very clean. Still has the warranty seal on
the engine case showing it has not been taken apart. Serial numbers on the
case and instruction plate match #809374 = 1954. If you're looking for a
Merc Mk 20 then the chance of finding a more "ready to go" or cleaner one is
unlikely.

(Japanese built, NOT Chinese)
CIRCA mid-late 1980's (most likely 1986)
BEAUTIFUL CONDITION, NEAR MINT
ALL Japanese built and Shimano equipped, Panasonic DX-3000 Road Bike.
12-Speeds w/ Shimano ‘Bio-Pace’ front chain rings (same as I have on my
main mtn bike) and Shimano SLR brakes.
I had this bike gone through by Colorado Springs Bike Shop a while back;
new cables, new tires, trued rims, adjusted & serviced all, but I am
just too much of a ‘mountain bike’ rider.
22” / 55cm frame.
Weighs around 32 lbs I would guess.
It’s in excellent +++++ condition…REALLY!
Tires probably have less than 3 miles on them since new. It’s READY TO
RIDE and other than a bit of the seat vinyl hanging loose, it’s a ‘NO
EXCUSES’ bike.
